The Tackling Teenage Training and is developed within collaboration between Yulius Autism and the Yulius Academy. Yulius is an expert organization in the Netherlands that focuses on providing care in each phase of life to patients with complex psychological problems and students with psychological problems (special education). The Yulius Academy is the research department of Yulius, in which research is conducted on special education, ADHD and ASD. The Tackling Teenage research project is conducted in cooperation with the Department of Child of Adolescent Psychiatry/Psychology of the Erasmus Medical Center – Sophia Children's Hospital. The Erasmus MC is the largest and most versatile of the eight university medical centers in the Netherlands. The Department of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry/Psychology aims to contribute to improving the mental health in children and adolescents, both in the Netherlands and elsewhere. The Department studies the frequency, determinants and course of child psychiatric disorders, such as anxiety, depression, somatoform disorders, aggressive and antisocial behaviors, hyperactivity, and (pervasive) developmental problems.
